Here are several study aides that you can use for your personal studies in the Scripture. Be cautious and make sure you adopt the Berean approach toward these.

"...They [the Bereans] received the Word with all readiness, and searched the Scriptures daily to find out whether these things were so." Acts 17:11

Recommended Readings

Here are some books that may be helpful in your Christian walk.  We do not necessarily endorse all of the views expressed in these resources, so again be cautious and make sure you adopt the Berean approach toward these.

Cat and Dog Theology - by Bob Sjogren and Gerald Robison
Don't let the word theology scare you away from this book. It is an easy read but very challenging in how we view our relationship with God. The premise is spun off the joke about the differences between dogs and cats. A dog says, "You pet me, you feed me, you shelter me, you love me, you must be God." A cat says, "You pet me, you feed me, you shelter me, you love me, I must be God." Theological Dogs say, "Lord, you love me, you bless me abundantly, you gave your life for me, you must be God." Whereas theological Cats say, "Lord, you love me, you bless me abundantly, you gave your life for me, I must be god." This book will challenge you to reflect God's glory in your life and confront your perspective on worship, prayer, and missions. If you don't read the book, read Colossians 1:16 a few times.

It explores the meaning of conversion, living day by day with Jesus, being filled with the Spirit, sharing our faith, talking and listening to God. Questions, Bible references and suggestions for further reading combine to make this an excellent resource for groups or for private study.
